Shipping Policies

Ground Shipping is free in the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii), no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance. However, to help defray packaging costs, we charge a single $4.95 packaging fee PER ORDER.

Return Policy

-Harkstersbowlingstore.com has a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Harkstersbowlingstore.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. For this reason, please be sure to use a shipping method for your return that has tracking.

- If a product is returned and is not defective then a 15% restocking fee will apply. The 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. Packaging fees are non-refundable.

- All returned products must be in perfectly new, unused, and undrilled condition. IF YOU PURCHASED SHOES, please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED.

- All returns must include the original manufacturer’s packaging as well as protective packaging.

- If a customer refuses a package with the shipping company (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) without being authorized by Harkstersbowlingstore.com to do so, and the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, Harkstersbowlingstore.com reserves the right to charge to the customer any fees incurred by the said shipping company.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discontinued or closeout merchandise. Customized items, such as apparel, cannot be returned.

Backorder Policy

   Despite our efforts to maintain stock levels, occasionally, an item may be backordered.
    *  Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available
    * We do not hold orders unless specifically requested.
    * Your order may be split into multiple invoices to allow us to fill your order in the timeliest manner possible.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your product was received damaged or defective and needs to be replaced please follow the instructions below:

- Email Goharkster@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged or defective item. Please include a picture of the shipping box if the item was damaged during shipping. Please reference your name and phone number in your email to us.

- If you are not able to email us a picture please call us at 951-246-0970 for further instructions.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
